1. OVERVIEW
Community Creations CLG t/a SpunOut.ie is seeking tender submissions
for a software developer to work on building our new Dynamic
Signposting Tool. The Dynamic Signposting Tool will allow young people
to access personalised information and supports via SpunOut.ie.
2. CONTEXT
SpunOut.ie is Ireland?s youth information website created by young
people, for young people. We provide information to around **Apply on
the website**,**Apply on the website**+ active readers each month. Our
vision is to help create an Ireland where young people aged between
**Apply on the website** and **Apply on the website** are empowered
with the information they need to live active, happy, and healthy
lives. We believe young people should have easy access to relevant,
reliable, and non-judgemental information.
During **Apply on the website**, SpunOut.ie was visited over 2 million
times by people looking for support or information. SpunOut.ie has
thousands of articles, hundreds of external support service listings,
and a number of in-house support services. This creates a challenge to
link young people up with information and supports that are
appropriate to their needs and personalised to their circumstances.
The answer to that challenge is the Dynamic Signposting Tool.
3. TENDER DETAILS
_3.1 KEY CRITERIA_
Tenders will be assessed based on the following criteria:
* Tender documentation - all of the required documents, as outlined
in section 3.2, must be submitted as part of the tender process.
Applications which fail to provide all required materials will not be
assessed
* Value for money - tenders will be evaluated in relation to the
value for money offered for services provided. This will take into
consideration the quality of product as well as the fee
* Portfolio of work - the portfolio should demonstrate high-quality
work, creativity and attention to detail, and clearly demonstrate your
suitability to deliver the projects required by SpunOut.ie
* Experience and capacity - demonstrate how you or your company has
the required skills and capacity to deliver projects for SpunOut.ie
* Environmental impact of proposal - where applicable, demonstrate
how you would minimise any environmental impact of this work
* Alignment with our values and culture - demonstrate that your
